This tropical anti-inflammatory smoothie makes for a perfect post-training beverage.
- 1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 tsp frozen ginger root, grated
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Blend all ingredients together in blender for 15-20 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
