Ginger Melon Smoothie

5 minutes, 1 serving, 200 calories per serving, vegan, gluten-free

This tropical anti-inflammatory smoothie makes for a perfect post-training beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tsp frozen ginger root, grated
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in blender for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
