Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 swordfish steaks
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper, and rosemary opt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Oil your grill grate and steaks. Give the steaks a dash of salt, pepper and rosemary on both sides.
  3. Sear each side of swordfish steaks for 4-6 minutes depending on thickness and your tastes
  4. Serve with lemon and enjoy
