Warm-up

  • Jump Rope – 3 minutes
  • 10 – Glute Kickbacks
  • 10 – Jumping Lunges
  • 10 – Star Jumps

Main set


180 minutes



  • 1 hour swim or bike for distance.
  • Then, 2 hour casual outdoor jog, run, or hike.
