Run Further with 400 Meter Repeats

Warm-up

  • Jump Rope – 2 minutes
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Star Jumps

Main set

  • Run 400 meters
  • 10-30 burpees
  • Recover 2 minutes
  • 10-30 burpees
  • Run 400 meters
  • Recover 2 minutes

Repeat main set:

  • 2-3x for Sprint
  • 4-6x for Super
  • 7-10+x for Beast

Cool Down

  • Stretch
